Practical Software and Systems Measurement (PSM) is a sophisticated practice defining an information-driven analysis approach which supports current software and system acquisition and measurement policy, providing a basis for enterprise level management. PSM is compatible with the ISO/IEC 15939 standard, Software Measurement Process.
PSM Briefings
Briefings can be presented to raise awareness and gain support for measurement in your organisation. Executive-level briefings show how measurement can improve management planning and decision-making. Other briefings are available that provide participants with an overview of the PSM process.
A one-day course descibes the PSM issue-driven measurement process and includes practical "hands on" tailoring and application exercises. This course teaches students the basic skills needed to select and apply software measures at the program level. A half-day version of the course is also available.
